Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Residential Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE SRA/ CILEx/ CLC to join our team in Bridgend.
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of conveyancing transactions for clients, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters. The role will also include office supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
SRA, CILEx or CLC qualification, with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing.
Expertise of conveyancing transactions covering the sales, purchases, remortgages and leaseholds for freehold and leasehold properties.
Demonstrable experience of handling a large case load of property transactions independently.
Prior experience in working in fast-paced environment to tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to manage and build client relationships.
​Previous management/ supervisory experience desirable.
